Amy Romano is the Vice President of Marketing & Communications of Massachusetts-based Ascent AeroSystems, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of compact, high-performance coaxial UAVs.
A veteran marketing communications professional with proven expertise across a broad range of market sectors, Amy spent nearly half of her 30+ year career in aviation, aerospace, and defense in leadership positions with industry leaders Alliant Techsystems (now Northrop Grumman), MD Helicopters, and Collins Aerospace.
Prior to joining Ascent AeroSystems in August 2024, Amy worked for a global integrated marketing and public affairs agency where she led several account teams—primarily supporting advanced air mobility and electric vehicle startups, middle market private equity, and legacy rotorcraft clients. At Ascent, Amy leads the company’s advertising and brand strategy, corporate marketing, public relations, sales support, and strategic communications initiatives.
