The Commercial Drone Alliance is led by industry veteran Lisa Ellman, a partner at global law firm Hogan Lovells LLP. A co-founder of CDA, Lisa is widely recognized as one of the “world’s foremost authorities” on drone policy and law. Lisa was featured in Fortune's "Most Powerful Women" series for her efforts to develop policy governing drone use in the United States.
Jessica Bartlett, also of Hogan Lovells, serves as the Alliance’s Membership Director. Having worked at the forefront of aviation law for the majority of her career, Jessica is deeply committed to moving the commercial drone industry forward.
Matt Clark is a Policy Advisor to the Commercial Drone Alliance. Matt is passionate about assisting the UAS community and is a knowledgeable and respected attorney in the industry. As a drone hobbyist himself, Matt currently owns (and regularly flies!) 15 drones.
Pat Rizzi is a Policy Advisor to the Commercial Drone Alliance. Pat has more than two decades of experience advising on aviation-related regulatory and policy matters, and is a licensed private pilot.
